ترکیب:

ایک بلینڈر یا چوپر میں لہسن، ہری مرچ، سرکہ، نمک اور پودینہ کے پتوں کو ڈالیں۔
سب کو ہموار مشینی بینٹ کرلیں یا چوپ کرلیں۔
اگر آپ چاہیں تو اس میں پیاز کا چھوٹا سا ٹکڑا بھی شامل کرسکتے ہیں۔
چٹنی کو ٹرانسفر کرکے ایک ڈش میں نکالیں۔
گارلک چٹنی تیار ہے۔ اسے نمکین پاپڑز، پراٹھے یا دیگر منوں کے ساتھ سرو کریں۔
