500 گرام چکن ٹکے
2 چمچ دہی
2 چمچ لیموں کا رس
1 چمچ لال مرچ پاؤڈر
نمک حسبِ ذائقہ
ہلدی پاؤڈر آدھا چائے کا چمچ
چکن ٹکوں کو ڈبے میں ڈالنے کے لئے تیل
ترکیب:

ایک باؤل میں دہی، لیموں کا رس، لال مرچ پاؤڈر، نمک اور ہلدی پاؤڈر مکس کریں۔

اس مکسچر کو چکن ٹکوں پر لگائیں اور ٹکے کو کچھ دیر کے لئے رکھیں۔

ایک ڈیپ فرائنگ پین میں چکن کے ٹکے کو تیل میں تل کر گولڈن براؤن ہونے تک پکائیں۔

ٹکوں کو نکال کر کچن ٹیشو سے ٹوئل پر نکالیں۔

بٹر چکن تیار ہے، اس کو ہوٹ سرو کریں۔
